1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 0-1 business days of being placed.

  • Orders are processed and shipped during our regular business hours:

    • Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

    • Saturday: Closed.

    • Sunday: Closed.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping.

  • Shipping Cost: A flat rate of $15 will be applied to all orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.

  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as public holidays, delivery partner delays, or unforeseen weather conditions.

3. Taxes & Fees

All applicable taxes and fees are already included in the product's listed price. The only additional charge you will see at checkout is the shipping fee.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your delivery. You can also track your order directly on our website's dedicated Order Tracking page using the provided tracking code.

5. Shipping Carriers

We partner with the three leading U.S. shipping carriers to ensure reliable and efficient delivery. If a package is lost or damaged, you may need to contact the carrier directly in addition to contacting us.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@stylaar.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

For a faster resolution, you should also contact the help center of the delivery partner who handled your package. We will work with you and the carrier to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
