At STYLAAR, we do our utmost to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If there's a problem with your order, please read our policy below.

• Return period : 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Refund processing time : 7 days after receiving the return shipment.

• Recovery costs : None.

The return process

 

Our returns process takes into account the delivery date (rather than the order date), so you have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to initiate your return.

Contact our customer service at support@stylaar.com to initiate your return. Make sure the items you're returning are in excellent condition, show no signs of wear, and have the tags still attached.

 

The refund process

 

Once we receive your package, we'll check if the items meet our return criteria. If so, we'll process your refund. It can take up to 7 days after we receive your package to process everything and issue your refund.

 

Cancellations

 

You can cancel your booking if you change your mind. We give you a 24-hour cancellation period; all you have to do is email us at support@stylaar.com with your order number.

 

Defective or missing items

 

If your package arrives and there's a problem, such as damage or the wrong color, please let us know as soon as possible at support@stylaar.com. Send us photos and your order number. Our customer service team will handle these reports with the highest priority.
